MACHINE OVERVIEW

The Pacemaker PMM 300D is a heavy-duty CNC Double Column Vertical Machining Center designed for precision machining of cast iron, alloy steels and non-ferrous alloy components. Its rigid double-column configuration, stress-relieved FG260 grade cast-iron structure, roller-type LM guideways and C3-class ground ball screws provide a stable platform for large and heavy components.

The machine provides 2000 mm X-axis travel, 810 mm Y-axis travel and 810 mm Z-axis travel, with a 2200 x 1000 mm table capable of carrying up to 4000 kg. A BT50 spindle, 18.5/22 kW motor, 24-tool twin-arm ATC and Siemens 828D CNC system support demanding production machining.
